Ons is uitsonderlik trots op die feit dat ons self ons grond bewerk om sodoende die kwaliteit van ons grond te verseker. Ons ploeg alle afval wat uit ons verskeie plase kom terug in ons grond. Geen chemikalieë word gebruik op ons groente of in ons grond nie. Ons groente word vars gepluk, vroeg oggend om varsheid te verseker.

Vrugte en groente wat nie deur Jasmyn self gekweek word nie, word aangekoop op n daaglikse basis by Tswane se Vars Produkte Mark en word vars gehou deur ons ruim moderne koel kamers.

FRUIT & VEGETABLES

Jasmyn has a wide selection of fruit and vegetables, that are grown fresh on the Jasmyn farm, run by its sister company Food Fair Pty Ltd.  Vegetables grown on Jasmyn farm are grown in healthy, beautiful soil.  We are very conscious about putting matter back into the ground, and not just taking all the goodness.  As we also run a dairy farm, the manure of the cattle, sheep and pigs are utilized on a huge compost heap as well as earthworm farm, this is put back into the soil of the farm ensure that goodness is brought back into the veggies planted. No chemicals are used on our vegetables or soil.  Vegetables ready for picking are harvested in the early morning, brought to the shop, and packed for selling.

Fruit and Vegetables that are not produced on the farm are purchased on a daily basis from the Tshwane Fresh Produce market. Jasmyn has huge cold rooms, to ensure that fruit and vegetables are kept cool and fresh, especially through the hot summer months.
